Snowberry Brook, a 60-unit housing complex built along Clay Street in Ashland by the Jackson County Housing Authority, was one of several publicly funded projects honored by Oregon Housing and Community Services at its recent conference in Salem.

Snowberry Brook was named Best New Affordable Housing, based on its design, proximity to schools and services, and its green-building features.
